Play Cambridge Now or Never! FULLY BOOKED

Join artists Idit Elia Nathan and Helen Stratford on a playful walk exploring Cambridge afresh. Throw dice, pick-up cards, use simple props and co-create stories to re-discover some hidden gems.

Play Cambridge Now or Never! is a live art event that will disrupt, challenge and prompt people of all ages to play and re-imagine how urban public spaces are performed. We believe that unless we engage with the world around us today - opportunities will be gone tomorrow! Idit Elia Nathan and Helen Stratford are two artists who share an engagement with public spaces and how people interact within them. They proclaim that that unless we reclaim the cities and landscapes around us in playful and performative ways they will become highly regulated spaces, that we will no longer be able to enjoy and call our own. Part walk, part conversation, part game, Play Cambridge Now or Never! will be a mobile-walking-meeting designed to solicit play, re-thinking and imagine new possibilities for the city of Cambridge.
